1. The service

Sapper provides reverse SSH tunnels that make a port on your machine reachable at a sapper.sh address. The service is provided by Lane Solutions LLC ("we").

2. Acceptable use

You agree to follow the abuse policy. It is part of these terms.

3. Free tier

The free tier has random subdomains, session time limits, HTTP only, a per-tunnel throughput cap, and a warning page on first visit. Limits may change. We may change or end free access at any time.

4. No warranty

The service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uptime, throughput, or that a subdomain will stay available.

5. Liability

To the maximum extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for anything exposed through your tunnel. You are responsible for the security of the services you run.

6. Enforcement and suspension

We may suspend or remove any tunnel or key that we believe violates these terms or the abuse policy, and we may cooperate with lawful requests and valid abuse reports.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept it.
